Street Art Toronto Murals
See what all the excitement is about…
Street Art Toronto is found in back alleys, along the ocean, under bridges, garage doors and many other places. Exploring Toronto, I found a creative class of art. This Art is part of a pro-active program that aims to promote, support and increase awareness of Street Art. See how it adds character and beauty to the neighborhood. Let us take a look at what all the excitement is about Street Art.
What is Street Art – Street Art Toronto
This visual art is encouraged to help reduce graffiti and vandalism by replacing it with colorful, community engaged vibrant street art called (StART) in Toronto. The program gets the active participants to walk and ride bikes, mentor young talent, showcase local artists and make the streets beautiful and safe.
The art is forever changing, with what is here today may not be here tomorrow. I have read that the city of Toronto has lightened its opinion on street art but that there is still some controversy as to, “is it art or vandalism”. TripAdvisor Toronto is a great place to start your search. Let us take a look at the street art I found in Toronto and you decide.

I enjoyed my search for street art and am looking forward to my return to Toronto to see Artist Pangeaseed Sea Wall Murals. Online his street art looks amazing but in person I bet they are jaw dropping. This was just a taste of what there is to see and to encourage you to find your own street art on the streets of Toronto. I´m a street art fan – I get it why there is still some controversy on this issue, but I love that more cities nowadays change their opinions. I mean, there are some graffitis that are far from “art”, but these in Toronto are simply not the case – love them so much! #FeetdoTravel
