Research – Kyoto Travel Brochure
My research took me to TripAdvisor and Lonely Planet where I found great information on some of the best travel places to visit while in Kyoto which I used on my many visits there. Let me help you with some of the details with this Free Kyoto Brochure for you to download.
History – Kyoto Travel Brochure
This brochure will take you to a place first settled in the 7th Century where it was once the Capitol of Japan. A place where traditional culture still exists, including 17 UNESCO World Heritage sites, 400 Shinto Shrines, and 1600 Buddhist temples. Feel the peace as the wind rustles the leaves and blows across your face as you step back in time.
Best Way to Use – Kyoto Travel Brochure Brochure
With different ways to visit this beautiful place, start with my blog post “Kyoto Japan… an Expat Travel Adventure To This Ancient City” also “Japan Travel Where You See Fascinating Locations” . This brochure will highlight in order the best way to visit over 3 days. Kyoto is separated into areas and grouping your visits by Eastern, Western, and Southern Zones works well and lets you see more.
I used the bus system to access Eastern and Western Kyoto, then the train for Southern Kyoto. Check out my blog posts for some great tips plus where to buy bus tickets and find maps. Reminder that during peak season the buses can become very crowded which will take up a lot of time. In that case a taxi works well.

A wife that lived overseas with access to some beautiful places to visit. My bucket-list is long so look forward to more interesting travel activities, tips, travel brochures (e-brochures), plus hotel and restaurant reviews.
What a great resource for anyone traveling to Kyoto. I like the tip about visiting it by zones. We were only in Kyoto for a day and used the bus to get around. We’d love to return and fully explore this beautiful city and preferably not in the summer. Pinned for future use and will gladly share it with anyone who will be traveling there soon.
Thanks Mary, Glad you like my tips and brochure. Hope you get a chance to go back and see some more of Kyoto. Every time I go there is always something new to see. I agree, maybe another visit there in spring and fall would be great.
